Shipping Policy – The Phallus Picasso

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–8 business days before dispatch. Please note that processing times do not include shipping.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship within Australia via Australia Post. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the service selected. Some orders may incur flat rate shipping, while others use real-time carrier rates. All domestic orders include tracking.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide via Australia Post and DHL. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout using real-time carrier rates. All international orders include tracking.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at siena@thephalluspicasso.com.au. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Discreet Packaging
We take privacy seriously. Packages are sent discreetly. The label shows TPP, not the full business name, and parcels are sent in unbranded or Australia Post branded packaging.

Delivery times are estimates only. The Phallus Picasso is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk passes to you once the parcel is with the carrier, except where statutory consumer guarantees apply.
