Processing & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
AUSTRALIA
We’re located in Australia which means for domestic orders we’ll aim to process and dispatch your Phallus Picasso Painting Kits within 2-8 business days, depending on order size.
Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 2 - 8 business days, depending on your location and shipping method selected. You’ll receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking number.
INTERNATIONAL (REST OF THE WORLD)
Standard and Express international shipping options are available.
For a custom shipping quote tailored to your location, order size, and delivery timeframe, please contact us.
Do you offer express shipping?
Absolutely! Just select this shipping method as you checkout.
Help! I've left planning till the last minute, can you still deliver?
Don’t worry, diamonds form under pressure babe. If you’ve left event planning till the last minute just contact us specifying your event date, order quantity and location and we’ll get back to you ASAP.

International Orders
Do you offer international shipping?
We ship worldwide, so you can enjoy our cheeky activity kits no matter where you are. Standard and express options appear at checkout. If your country isn’t listed, message us and we’ll arrange it.
Will I have to pay duties and taxes?
For international orders (outside Australia), your local customs office may apply duties and taxes upon your order's arrival. You will be contacted for payment arrangements.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We know you're going to love our cheeky activity kits, and we pride ourselves on the quality and workmanship of our figurines.
But just in case you have any concerns please let us fill you in on our no-nonsense return policy. Returns and exchanges are not accepted, and all sales are final. Refunds will not be given for change of mind.
However, if by some chance you have received damaged or faulty items, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can assess this further.
